I'm a bag lady

For real. I have tons of these "green grocery bags" but I never remember to leave them in the car. So I usually end up purchasing more.

I really dislike that they're all so generic. I mean, being part of this "gated community" is generic enough. Everyone dresses the same (heh heh), lives in the same style of house per street, has the same crappy lawn service, and usually haunts the same restaurants & stores.

So I like a little individuality. And if I end up at the same "gated community" event as other bag-ladies, I want to make sure my bag goes home with me! Because I'm just that way.

Hence.

Chopped up vintage bits from 1 tablecloth, 1 curtain panel, and 1 heavy cotton print

A very funky grocery bag!

I really must work on my sewing skills. They're not so "gangster" quite yet. But I am LOVING my Eco-friendly vintage inspired grocery bag.

A peek up the ruffles...

Now to finish the other 888 jillion bags... ha!

And oh yes... those Candy Cane Oreos? YUM!!!!
