And I thought I would share this delicious Sweet Potato recipe that my very-domestic sister (luv you!) makes - you will love it!
Kim's Sweet Potato Casserole
mix together and pour into 9x13 pan:
3 cups mashed sweet potato
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs well beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
Crumble the following and sprinkle over potato mixture:
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup soft butter
bake 30 min @ 350*
